Terms of use
These terms govern use of the Podología Priego website. By browsing or submitting a form you accept them. The legal notice and privacy policy form part of the same set.
1. Service
The site provides information about Sonia Aguilera Montes’s podiatry practice in Priego de Córdoba, guidance on how to book, and an administration area for authorised staff. It is not telemedicine, remote diagnosis or a treatment contract.
Appointments are requested by phone (957 540 169) or WhatsApp (650 430 564). A contact-form message does not guarantee a slot and does not create a clinical relationship until the clinic confirms it.
2. Educational content
Blog posts and speciality pages are educational. They do not replace an in-person examination. If you have pain, a wound, a diabetic foot or another emergency, call the clinic or emergency services.
3. Staff accounts
Public patient registration is closed. Accounts exist for clinic staff. Anyone given credentials must keep them confidential and use the private area only for authorised work. The publisher may disable accounts.
4. Lawful use
You must not attack the site, scrape data without permission, post unlawful comments or impersonate others. Comments may be refused or removed.
5. Prices and payments
This site does not take online payments or publish a binding price list. Any fees are given at the clinic.
6. Limitation
To the extent the law allows, liability for use of the site is limited to direct damage caused by the publisher’s wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date above is the current version. Continued use after a material change announced on the site is acceptance where the law allows.
8. Governing law
Spanish law. Consumers: the courts provided by consumer-protection rules. Otherwise: the courts of Córdoba, Spain, where applicable.
