Practical updates on paediatric assessment and gait patterns — so we can spot earlier what needs follow-up in clinic.
We keep updating paediatric assessment and gait development through practical training with other professionals. Watching support patterns, tone and motor skills in children — and discussing them as a group — sharpens what we later see in the paediatric clinic in Priego.
What we look for in younger patients
Not every flat paediatric foot needs an insole. Pain, a limp, frequent falls, strongly asymmetric shoe wear or a gait that limits play do deserve attention. Training helps separate developmental findings from what needs follow-up.
If you are worried about how your child walks, book at Podología Priego.
Training note. This does not replace an individual assessment. Training photos are published with privacy in mind; we avoid identifiable close-ups of minors.
General information: this does not replace an individual podiatry assessment.
